Marcos began in 2009 when founder Marco Riccardo opened a small corner eatery with a single wood-fired oven and a dream: to bring the authentic taste of marco's pizza to the people of Marco Island, FL. What started as a 12-table dining room quickly became the neighborhood's go-to spot for handcrafted pies, fresh ingredients, and genuine hospitality.

Today, Marcos serves hundreds of families every week, delivering the same recipes Marco perfected over years of experimentation — dough slow-fermented for 48 hours, house-made sauces, and toppings sourced from trusted local and regional producers.
